Optional Feeding Methods:
1. Strong permanent magnet adsorption conveying and feeding (suitable for carbon steel workpieces. Workpiece size>30mmx30mm)
2. Vacuum negative pressure adsorption conveying and feeding (suitable for stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, etc. that are not magnetically adsorbed. Workpiece size>50mmx50mm)

1. Equipment processing width: 450mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1350mm, 1600mm
2. Equipment processing thickness: 0.5-80mm
3. Conveying and feeding speed: 0.5-6m/min (variable frequency adjustable)
4. Optional feeding methods:
(1) Strong permanent magnet adsorption conveying and feeding (suitable for carbon steel workpieces. Workpiece size ≥ 30mm × 30mm × 1mm)
(2) Vacuum negative pressure adsorption conveying and feeding (suitable for stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, etc. that are not magnetically adsorbed. Workpiece size ≥ 50mm × 50mm × 0.5mm)
5. The rolling brush station is servo controlled for lifting and lowering, and the processing thickness is servo controlled for lifting and lowering, with a display accuracy of0.01mm.
6. Adjust machining parameters through the touchscreen of the CNC PLC for the entire machine.
7. Equipped with wet vacuum cleaners or industrial pulse vacuum cleaners to handle grinding dust and achieve environmentally friendly production.
