The Efficient And Intelligent Metal Rounding And Deburring Machine is designed to eliminate these challenges with precision and consistency. Deburring, edge rounding, and surface treatment: Through the combination of "wide-width abrasive belt + universal roller brush" (single-station or multi-station), the deburring, edge rounding (R-angle effect), and surface brushing/polishing of metal sheets can be completed at one time, solving the slag and sharp edge problems caused by laser cutting, stamping and other processes.
Through the conveyor belt or with the robot to automatically feed up and down (our deburring machine series uses permanent magnet/vacuum adsorption system), 24-hour continuous production is achieved, which is 300%-500% more efficient than manual operation.
Deburring, edge rounding, surface polishing, and wire drawing can be completed simultaneously, which can shorten the process by more than 70%.

3. Conveying and feeding speed: 0.5-6m/min (variable frequency adjustable)
4. Optional feeding methods:
(1) Strong permanent magnet adsorption conveying and feeding (suitable for carbon steel workpieces. Workpiece size ≥ 30mm × 30mm × 1mm)
(2) Vacuum negative pressure adsorption conveying and feeding (suitable for stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, etc. that are not magnetically adsorbed. Workpiece size ≥ 50mm × 50mm × 0.5mm)
5. The rolling brush station is servo controlled for lifting and lowering, and the processing thickness is servo controlled for lifting and lowering, with a display accuracy of0.01mm.
6. Adjust machining parameters through the touchscreen of the CNC PLC for the entire machine.
7. Equipped with wet vacuum cleaners or industrial pulse vacuum cleaners to handle grinding dust and achieve environmentally friendly production.
