1.Wire drawing: Use sanding belts, nylon wheels, etc. to achieve straight lines, random lines, threads, etc.
2.Polishing: Use scouring pad wheels, wool wheels, etc. to achieve mirror or matte processing.
3.Defect removal: Remove scratches, oxide scales, burrs (especially longitudinal burrs).
4.Thickness determination: Ensure the consistency of plate thickness through precision grinding (thickness measurement feedback system is required).
The machine is equipped with a servo lifting motor with an accuracy of up to 0.01mm. The Siemens PLC touch screen is easy to operate.

2. Optional feeding methods:
(1) Conveyor belt + rubber roller clamp feeding (applicable to all flat workpieces. Workpiece length ≥280mm)
(2) Strong permanent magnetic adsorption conveying feeding (applicable to carbon steel workpieces. Workpiece size ≥30mm×30mm×1mm)
3. Servo lifting, digital setting of lifting height, display accuracy 0.01mm
4. Each station of the equipment is equipped with a spray water pipe to provide grinding fluid. The magnetic adsorption outlet is equipped with a demagnetizer to demagnetize the workpiece.
5. The matching automatic paper belt filter filters the grinding dust and provides grinding circulation grinding fluid to achieve environmentally friendly production

Advantages of wet processing:
(1) Wet processing of workpieces is less prone to thermal deformation during cold processing;
(2) Wet processing results in better surface roughness of workpieces;
(3) Wet machining absorbs all grinding dust, creating a better working environment;
(4) Wet processing consumables have a longer service life.
