LSD-162
Lanuss
The machine is very convenient to use. You only need to press down lightly to achieve the desired grinding force. The self-controlled vacuum adsorption workbench automatically distributes vacuum suction. The workpiece only needs to be placed flat on the workbench and can be ground without any clamping. It is efficient and safe. Different disc brushes can be selected according to the actual workpiece to achieve the ideal effect. The machine has a built-in dust suction function, which automatically sucks away the grinding chips generated when grinding the workpiece, protecting the health of workers and keeping the workshop clean. One power and two grinding heads are configured. The grinding head can be quickly changed by rotating 180°. It is efficient, convenient, safe and energy-saving.

1. Simple operation and convenient maintenance
2. Affordable entry-level model
3. Over four times faster than conventional manual deburring finishing
4. Long service-life to reduce material cost
5. Vacuum area to keep small parts in place
Unlike fully automatic systems, this machine allows operators to manually control the sanding and polishing process. This is especially valuable for irregular shapes, small batches, or detailed components where precision matters more than speed. It ensures every edge and surface is treated exactly as required.
Laser cutting often leaves stubborn oxide layers that can affect coating and welding. This machine removes oxide residues efficiently, leaving a clean, reactive surface ready for further processing, improving overall product quality.
From thin aluminum sheets to thicker steel plates, the machine adapts easily to different materials and shapes. This flexibility makes it ideal for workshops handling varied production tasks rather than standardized mass production.
By eliminating burrs and sharp edges, the machine enhances both the appearance and safety of metal parts. Operators and downstream workers benefit from smoother, safer components.
Ideal for workshops producing customized or small-batch metal parts where precision finishing is essential.
Specifically designed to handle post-processing of laser-cut components, removing oxide layers and burrs efficiently.
Perfect for refurbishing or repairing metal parts that require careful surface treatment.
Provides flexible finishing solutions for prototype parts where detail and quality are critical.
