Feeding method

1.belt + rubber pressure roller clamp feeding (suitable for pipe-through workpieces. Workpiece length>300mm)

2. Strong permanent magnetic adsorption conveying and feeding (suitable for carbon steel workpieces. Workpiece size>30mmx30mm)

3. Vacuum negative pressure adsorption conveying and feeding (suitable for stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, etc. that are not magnetically adsorbed. Workpiece size>50mmX50mm)

 High precision equipment

Four-column synchronous lifting, digital setting and reading of lifting height, unit mm

6. Each station of the equipment is equipped with a spray water pipe to provide grinding fluid. The magnetic adsorption outlet is equipped with a demagnetizer to demagnetize the workpiece. 7. The matching automatic paper belt filter filters the grinding dust and provides grinding circulation grinding fluid to achieve environmentally friendly production.
