Medium and thick plate slag removal/deburring/chamfering equipment

Product application range:

The series of equipment includes wide/narrow abrasive belts and abrasive belts for single-sided or double-sided multi-station combination grinding. The equipment can achieve one-pass processing of single-sided or double-sided uniform removal of slag burrs formed by laser cutting, shearing, plasma cutting, flame cutting, stamping, machining, etc. of metal plates. It is suitable for pre-grinding of metal plate surfaces, deburring of holes and edges, and surface wire drawing.

Optional feeding method

1. Conveyor belt + rubber roller clamp feeding (suitable for ordinary workpieces. Workpiece length>150mm)

2. Strong permanent magnetic adsorption conveying and feeding (suitable for carbon steel workpieces. Workpiece size>30mmx30mm)

3. Vacuum negative pressure adsorption conveying and feeding (suitable for stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, etc. that are not magnetically adsorbed. Workpiece size>50mmx50mm) Rubber roller + rubber roller clamp feeding
